What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are divided into two stages:

1. Processing time

Within 1 to 3 working days following the validation of your order, it is checked, approved and prepared for shipment. The package is then handed over to the carrier for delivery.

2. Delivery time

Italy: 5 to 10 working days

Delivery is handled by Poste Italiane and its logistics partners.

All delivery times are indicative and do not take into account possible delays due to customs controls or unforeseen circumstances. During periods of high demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free premium delivery on all orders. This includes insurance coverage in case of theft, loss or damage to the package during transit.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You will be able to track your order via the “Track your order” page available on our website.

For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in several separate packages.

My tracking number doesn't work

It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If, after a few days, your tracking number still shows no information, please contact our customer service.
